No Tv

i have an all in one pc, which enables me to watch tlevision and play dvd s etc. I have it to save space and it is connected to a tv aerial. However I downloaded Windows 10 but found I could neither receive television or play cds etc on it. I reverted back to Windows 7 and it all works ok. i feel really miffed about it, as the whole point of buying the all in one Dell Inspiron was to enable me to have the tv facility and Ive only had it 3 years. Can I fix this so I can go onto Windows 10?

What do you have, and XPS 2310? Some of those units are not suggested for Windows 10... Maybe the TV Tuner is one reason for that. If Dell doesn't have any W10 drivers for that device it may be hard to find one.
