this one has screwed up my DEV channel as it will not let me login. Instead it creates a temporary Profile as it cannot log me in with my Insider credentials. I am currently trying to revert back to 21364

No luck with that as Windows thinks the files to revert back have been removed, which is not true unless Windows did it itself.
Back to reinstall Windows DEV channel again...

I have had a few major problems on this one also. Have to shut off power and try to find problem with success but still locks up after a lot of use.
