Region Issue Preventing Microsoft Store Sign-In

I'm encountering an issue while trying to install Minecraft on my laptop. The Microsoft Store prompts me to log in, but it states that it's not available in my region. I've attempted to change my region settings to the United States without success. I'm considering resetting the Microsoft Store, but I'm concerned it might remove Minecraft from my PC. Any advice?

Edit: I've restarted the Microsoft Store, but the issue persists.
