Have you checked your sound settings to make sure the correct device is set to default?:

Hello, i have checked my sound setting and the problem is solved, thanks for the answer.
The problem is security permission for user/group, i just need to click modify check box and that solved the scarlett problem. My interface is working good right now. The problem is solved.
