Set Up Paint 3D for Open With option in Photos App

I used to easily open my Photos app, right-click a photo, select open with, and choose "Paint 3D." However, now Paint 3D isn't appearing in the Open with menu. How can I configure Paint 3D to show up under Open with? I know I can open the photo directly in Paint 3D, but it's an extra step when I'm already in my Photos app.
