Sharepoint

Hello - I was wondering if anyone has had the issue where Sharepoint documents won't open in the application,only on the browser? 1 person has this issue and it is so frustrating. Everything has been downloaded and updated the same way as everyone else.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

IMHO this program is more specific to business use and collaboration than consumers and probably better posted in the Software section.
