The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found

I want to set up a server on my old PC for Farming Simulator 22, but every time I try to start the server I encounter the error "The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found." I've attempted to reinstall it using VC_redistx86 and VC_redistx64, and I've even manually downloaded the file and added it, but nothing has resolved the issue.
