Troubleshoot BSOD error - SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

My computer started showing a BSOD with the error code "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION" just over a week ago. I get a maximum of two minutes before it boots me out, making it hard to check for updates or uninstall programs.

Safe mode isn’t an option, and I can't open CMD or run repair mode because I get kicked out too quickly. I’ve tried various online fixes without success.
