We run an office full of hp pavillion23 and were forced to migrate to windows10 its been down hill since then over the last few month we have lost 2 machines black screen not bootable. Now have two machines just out of warranty both now slim line paper weights.

Have you tried to recover these machines? A full reload from an official download for instance, saving nothing. Even starting by loading a fresh Linux distro to clean up any junk and making sure the hardware is all functioning.
You don't tell us any of the symptoms apart from not booting.

Were they Windows 10 compatible? Who forced you to upgrade? Why can't you reinstall the older OS? We need details if you want help/
