Windows 10 Stuck After Connecting to Wi-Fi Following Factory Reset

Hello, I recently performed a factory reset on my PC. After the reset, I reached the Out of Box Experience (OOTBE) screen, and after selecting the keyboard layout and connecting to Wi-Fi, the process just gets stuck.
Can anyone assist me with this issue? Thank you!
