Windows 10 Update Error (0x80070643)

The Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034441) still fails to install on my laptop.

When attempting the update, I receive the message: "There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later." Subsequent attempts show the update as "Installing-0%" for a few minutes before it changes to "Installed-100%." However, I then get a "Download Error (0x80070643)" notification.

Additionally, Windows 11 updates are not appearing in the Update Manager.
