It seems that even companies in the business of password management are not immune from such breaches.
After LastPass got hit in 2015 it seems that OneLogin is a recent victim.

IF they ever figure out how to get to my Excel spreadsheet, stored on my encrypted USB thumb drive, kept in my desk drawer..... I'm screwed.
