Bad Image

Whenever i go and activate windows on my machine i get the error,

any clue what it could be? this was a windows 7 machine that i took the key off of then did a clean install of windows 10 on.

It appears to be a ClipUP.exe driver, have you uninstalled the program? If you really did a clean install there should be nothing left which you did not install. You might check for viruses.

If it is left over there may be something in the Startup tab of Task Manager. If it continues and you cannot find how it is trying to start there are some special programs you can run to track it down.

Clipup.exe is noted as being related to the client licensing migrating. When you upgrade to Windows 10 you have to install over a prior OS. If you did that had had the Digital activation you should be able to clean install 10 without problems. If some other method is being used, I can't help.
