Having Issues with the Internal Microphone

Every time I join a voice call on Zoom, Discord, Google Meets, Skype, etc my mic will work for the first couple of minutes then after maybe 10 minutes or so the mic will just stop picking any noise and goes mute. It will continue to register no sound until I exit the meeting or call and return which then it works as per normal for the remainder of the meeting or call. This has happened to me when using an external mic and while not using one so it isn't an issue with a headset. Also, I do not think it is an issue with the applications because in my settings all the applications have access to the microphone so I really have no idea what it is. Any help will be very appreciated!
