Where is the Control Panel in Windows 10?

The control panel has been a very familiar feature of previous versions of Windows, however Windows 10 has cemented the move to the "settings" panel to tweak most of the system configuration. The control panel doesn't appear on the default start menu layout, but it is still available to those wanting to use it. There are some settings that are only available by using the Control Panel, so it still has plenty of life left in it.

October 2017 Edit:
The Control Panel has been hidden even further, so this article has been updated. Most settings have now been migrated to the "Settings" option on the start menu, so the Control Panel may not be needed as often.

You'll now need to click on the Start Button or Search Icon and type "Control Panel", then click on the entry as shown below:
