thank you for your prompt reply and noting I had entered the wrong Oxe number. so to correct myself, I am looking how to solve the problem of 0xe0434352. My windows files are always up to date so what other drivers do I need to update

Given you mentioned you are unable to connect to someplace without the need to reboot, I'd take a look at your network drivers.
