You have an HTC Windows Phone?
Are you running Insider Preview on it?

Personally, I wouldn't do it.
I love my Windows Phone, but that market it just too weird right now to invest in.
I just purchase a new Alcatel IDOL 4S from Tmobile and when I say "just" I mean within the last month or two.

So that's two (2), reasonably new Tmobile Windows 10 phones
Alcatel IDOL 4S and Alcatel FIERCE XL
That I own that Tmobile has dropped recently

Fortunately I don't have to rely on them for phone updates anymore.

No Windows phones for me. My HTC Android is more than adequate.

My insider is still on 15063 and tries to update to 16170 but always gets stuck at 2-3%

After restarting the update service 3 times it now finds the 16176.1000

gonna let it run and see what happens.......

Well, after 14 failed attempts to install it finally went through and my insider is on16176. What an ordeal....
