Adobe Photoshop Installation Error Code 195: System Upgrade Required

I've repeatedly tried to install Adobe Photoshop 2021, but I keep receiving an error message stating that my system needs an upgrade, even though I've already updated it. The message indicates that SSE must be 4.2 or later. I'm unsure how SSE is related to Adobe Photoshop. Could you advise me on how to resolve this error? The error code is 195. Can you help me?

SSE is the CPU command set that is required . Adobe Photoshop 2021 has some conditions too to be installed:

Popular CPUs that support SSE 4.2 include Intel Core i7, Core i5, and AMD Ryzen series.

Might want to check into that first....
