App for managing PDF

What's a good app for managing PDF, DOC, and image files from my mobile device?

There's several types of "mobile devices", which is the question about? And each type can run different versions of programs, sometimes the programs can be cross-platform, work on different systems such as LibreOffice or VLC on Windows, Macintosh and Linux.

For PDF and docx I use WPS lite, for images I use F-stop (paid version). Since we do not know what mobile device you have, a recommendation is hard to do because there are differences between Android and IOS
