SOLVED Arcade Twist

This annoying box keeps popping up and staying just long enough to give me a headache; goes away for about 30 seconds; then reappears. This only started happening after completing the download of Windows 10.
Here is what is at the top of this creature:
C:/users/Doris/AppData/Local/ArcadeTwistcat/VOTPrx.exe.
Please tell me how to get rid of it! It stops me from typing and I must wait until it decides to go away. It holds up everything while it's on the screen.

Download, install and run the Free version of MalwareBytes from HERE.
It is Adware.

Shintaro! Thank you oh so much for your help. Got rid of 233 trojans. Now, if there was a way to speed up the laptop, I'd surely be in heaven. Thanks again.
