C# UWP How to obtain the Package Name programatically

I am trying to store a database into my program.

In my program I want to obtain the package name from the
package manifest to include in the address new database.
C:\Users\david\AppData\Local\Package\
5f169c61-ce77-4fa2-962f-efdf853be993\LocalState\New.db

Question is where do I get the Package name as displayed in my
Package Manifest?
