SOLVED Can’t setup surface book 2 after resetting it

Good morning, I have a little problem concerning the setup of my pc.
I can’t finish its setup after having reset it multiple times. It’s stuck onto the « services » section.
Either way even when I choose an offline account, I don’t get edge and my start up menu doesn’t work
Can someone please help?

Is there a reason why you have had to reset it multiple times??
Do you have any reason to suspect that there is something physically wrong with the device.. (faulty or failing disk drive)?

Not sure what "services section" is?

even when I choose an offline account

Are these accounts something you've managed to preserve through the reset mechanism you are using?
Have you considered creating a completely new account / profile?
Have you considered backing up whatever critical data the machine might contain and performing a wipe and clean install?
