Error 1935 An error occurred while installing the Microsoft assembly Microsoft Visual C++ 2005

No matter what i do, i cannot install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable. Everytime it's close to finish it throws this error:
Error 1935.An error occurred while installing the Microsoft assembly.VC80.ATL type="win32",version="8.0.50727,6195" public Key Token="1fc 8b3b9a le 18e3b" processorArchitecture=x86".See Help and Support to get more information

I have tried everything and it dosent work. What can I do to fix this?

The version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable you are trying to install may be incompatble with your OS. Running the compatibility troubleshooter might help, so right-click on the executable file and select Troubleshoot compatibility.

Try taunching the installer as administrator. Right-click on the executable file and select Run as administrator.
