Hello!
Because the partition used by File History I want to clean up versions.
I get the error:
Could not clean up File History data
Element not found

sfc /scannow
did not find any integrity violations

Have I a chance to repair it?
Some months before I had no problem with clean up versions.

Thank You for advice

Haven't seen a File History partition on a Default install of Win10, Pro or Home. Could a third-party app be involved?

I take it the partition was created purely to use for File History & is on the same drive as Windows?
It’s a long standing bug. The workaround is to delete the File History folder & start again (not good) or forgo FH & use Disk imaging software like Macrium or AOIME.
