Error wrong password (62)

Hi,
Expert help me please!
every time, during turn on my PC (windows 10), I can see the following message in a small window (see the attached file).

Error
wrong password (62)
check and try again. Don't remember it? Go to 'forgot password ' on the website to get a new one

This could not interfere the normal work in pc, but the window every time irritating. Please help me how to solve the problem. Thanks in advance.

I've seen such a problem and is difficult to deal with if no program or device is mentioned, hard to track down. It may show in the Startup feature in Task Manager, should be able to disable it or disable anything not recognized.
