Game Controller for Windows PC games

Need recommendation for a good game controller with a reasonable price.
Criterea:
1. Under $40 Canadian
2. Payment via Paypal is a must. I won't give out credit card #.
3. Preferably seller is in Canada. Too much to pay to US sellers charging high shipping cost and Import charges.

I used to use an old xbox controller back in the day. I just play shooters now, so I just use a keyboard and mouse.

There's little doubt that the xb360 gamepad is the best of the cheap offerings simply because it has native support in so many games, also you can typically snag a equally good clone of them for that less from Ebay via Hong Kong sellers. If you are lucky enough to find one cheap, I'd suggest the XbOne version.
