How do I keep my desktop icons from moving around?

this happens mostly when EXPLORER crashes, or when you change display resolution.
I use DESKTOP RESTORE
I tried a few others and like this one best. Simple rt clk on desktop then click save or restore.
It handles changing resolution also.
