Every time I start up the computer, it sends me into a loop of automatic recovery, which doesn't work. I have tried every solution within advanced options, but they all report issues, even when restarting the computer. I have now tried to download Windows 10 on a flash drive, as suggested on other forums. However, when I try to reinstall Windows, I get error: 0x8007025D. This all started after updating the computer. What can I do?

Boot Into Safe Mode

Since Windows may not start normally:

Turn off the PC and turn it on. When the Windows logo appears, force shutdown again. Repeat 2-3 times to trigger Automatic Repair.
Select Advanced options → Startup Settings → Enable Safe Mode.
