Why does my PC keep turning off?

Ever since I installed Windows 10 LTSC from the official website (my PC had no issues on Windows 7), things have gotten worse. After installing some drivers, my keyboard and internet card stopped working. Before installing the internet card drivers, the card didn't show all available networks, including mine, even though it worked fine on Windows 7. I reinstalled Windows and avoided downloading drivers for the USB and Wi-Fi card, but my PC suddenly shuts down as if I pressed the power button, even though I didn't. I thought it was driver-related, but the issue persists. Please help.
