is Kensaq notices that pop up on Edge messages safe to open ?

Seems their messages are appearing now in action center. I see once in a while their web site has a background up date. So I google it , there I found it could be loaded with malware.
What have you the group found out on this issue ?

A quick Bing and I believe I've seen enough to at least convince 'myself' to keep away.

my thoughts exactly but why it is popping up in action center ? if is unsafe to open ?

just sent feed back to edge wanting to know what they are doing , how to block messages in action center from Kensaq.com

My guess is that it has added a Browser Helper Object, Extension, or Redirect to your browser.
I would suggest reading some of the many post available on the web to remove it.

Download and run Adwcleaner. It works pretty well removing adware, BHO's, etc.
