Seen in the papers today 'javascript' is a new way of "Ransomware" attacking your system. Some mailservers do not make any attempt to try and prevent Javascript events opening without your say so.

Is there any simple way of doing this, where every time when a Javascript wants to run on your system. Where you can say Yes or No, where such as Malwarebytes or others would not pick any malicious scripts up.

Currently I do not open any unknown emails or its attachments, unless there is another way when you are browsing and the scripts run without your knowledge.

thanks

Just google how to disable javascript for whichever browser you use. The only way I can see to deliver the ransomeware via javascript is through an email attachment. It's best to not open any attachments unless you specifically know you are being sent a legit one. Also look at the attachment's extension. Don't open .js files.
