Lockscreenify took over my lock screen - malware?

Hi all -

New user here. I have a persistent problem with my lock screen image. After a recent update, the only image I get on my lock screen is something related to the Lockscreenify app, which I hadn't installed. All of my picture selections have been replaced with a single image , and the Browse button is greyed out. I run with admin privileges so I don't know why I'm getting the "some settings..." message, either.

When I change the setting to "Windows spotlight", a different picture shows, but my lock screen remains the one from before.

When I change to "Slideshow", the preview remains the Lockscreenify image, and nothing from my selected folder.

In an attempt to remove this image, I did install and uninstall Lockscreenify, but to no avail.

Start Button -> Settings -> Privacy -> Feedback & Diagnostics -> Diagnostic and usage data -> Drop down arrow set to "Full (Recommended).
