NO RTL818X

I am trying to install a 5.1 Bluetooth adapter from amazon. I keep getting an error"no RTL818x"

Here is the link to the adapter I am struggling with. I am using Windows 10 64 bit. When I scan for hardware changes, nothing. When I reinstall and restart, nothing. I cannot get this message to go away nor get the adapter to work. Please help

Edit: Again, there is no visible issue in the Device Manager.

I note also that one of the 1-star Amazon reviews for that adapter talks about difficulty with drivers.

A web search also throws up many similar hits, perhaps they might help?

No, it doesn't help, unfortunately. Another amazon adapter by a different brand is still giving me the same issues. I have no ******* clue. I've done every. Thing. That any article on any website mentions.
