No RTL818x problem, please help

Hi all,
I installed window 10 and my Realtek Network Adapter had been working fine until the computer automatically updated a few days ago. Now I cant access the internet. Its show on the taskbar that "No RTL818x"
My current Realtek RTL 8192EU Wireless LAN 802.11n
Please help me, thank you very much

Thank you very much for your prompt answer. However, I am sorry that I am stupid of computer that I dont know what to do with the files in the like you shared.
I downloaded the RLT8192E which supports windown 7. I removed the current one and tried installing this after a few times looking for compatible version. Then it asked me to restart my computer but there was nothing change afterward. There was not even the icon on the desktop or taskbar.
Can you please tell me what I am supposed to do?
Im clueless now.
Please help me

Manufacturer's Name, Model Name, Model Number (complete model number)
