Outlook 2016 - Windows 10 - Problem Scheduling Email Check

I have 2 email accounts set up in Outlook with various send/receive groups so that each can send, receive, or send/receive independent of each other. I have tried to schedule an automatic receive time (both online and offline) for each account for the receive only groups, but it does not seem to work until I manually check the accounts. I must have something set up incorrectly and would appreciate help getting it straightened out.
