Question windows 10 and scannow

Is it corruption of the Windows 10/11 ISO even when downloaded from an official source, or is it not corruption of the ISO when, after installing Windows 10 or 11 64-bit, I run the command `sfc /scannow` in the command prompt and at the end of the test it finds corrupted files?
