Thanks but no luck with this. Downloaded and installed all the Aug 2018 updates and still unable to scan a document to my computer. Have to go via windows scan to scan anything which is frustrating.

it looks like they fixed this with the latest version of Samsung Easy Printer Manager software, after you install the software you need to go to Advanced section SCAN TO PC and enable it.

Battling to find where to download the latest version of Samsung Easy Printer Manager software. Not sure which sites are legitimate to download from ?
