Hi guys how do I make the tool bar and other bars larger even in ms works of years ago,also make bigger the red x in the right hand top of screen corner.,

Perhaps the easiest way is to adjust the DPI scaling.
Right click an empty area of your desktop and choose Display Settings from the context menu.
You should see a slider bar, "Change the size of text, apps, and other items: 100% (Recommended). Try sliding that to the right to 125%
You may need to sign out and back in to see the results.
