Usually it is not possible to CLONE a bigger drive onto a smaller drive, only the other way around.
I do not know about Disk Genius but I had very good success with Macrium Reflect but it will not clone a bigger disk onto a smaller one.
From your picture I see that your C: drive spans the whole 2TB disk. The only way I see is to make the c: drive smaller (under 450GB) in order to be able to clone it.
However, there is also Acronis True Image which lets you manually clone the disk and adjusts the c: drive accordingly (the partitions can be adjusted in size).
Since all your files are on the big drive, I'd recommend making a backup of those before doing any changes.
When I got my new Laptop, I changed the Primary drive from a 512GB to a 2TB and reduced the System to a merely 200GB. the rest I used for my data (Pics,Docs etc.) That way I have no issues Cloning the system partitions

I have cloned my drives numerous times with Samsung Magician which is free. Just use it as if you are transferring the Operating System to the new drive with the data migration tool. It wont delete the drive unless you ask it to. Very simple. You can use either as boot drive after the cloning by setting up in the BIOS which drive to boot first. I have done this with SSDs, Larger Drives, M.2 Drives and it works with any brand. You can unplug it and use the new or swap it at anytime and it will work.

Another thing to consider is booting up to your old drive, then backing up via built in windows backup to a drive, then creating a backup iso on a drive, then install a fresh copy of windows(which is always the best thing to do) and once installed and setup on your new ssd, restore from you iso backup, if your iso fails, then restore from the other backup. If you have questions on the specifics, then feel free to ask. It’s better to reinstall windows and restore from a backup when possible, rather than to clone your drive.
