Stuck on Blue Screen After Trying to Update to Windows 11 - HP All-in-One Desktop

It kept trying to update to Windows 11 on my HP All-in-One desktop. After restarting, it continually shows "Automatic Repair" with the message "Your PC did not start correctly." I’ve reset it and tried to restore it, but nothing works. It keeps looping back to the blue screen.
