Hello all, I am having a problem with Windows not allowing me to view my control panel items or install new ones. My PC was suffering from a Administrator problem where there was way too many remote connected desktops to my PC. I don't know what I can do to repair the problem other than constant fresh upgrades of Windows?

Can you please let me know how I can fix this? It won't let me install new programs or remove old ones.
