Windows defender sometimes starts with a triangle warning telling me to do a quick scan, the point is, why isn't defender already scanning? and why does a quick scan go on so damn long?. Probably because this keeps failing to install "Your device is missing important security and quality fixes". (2023-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5031356)..It gets to 100% but never finishes.
