Windows Time Keeps Skipping

^ yeah, and my bios is up to date, and just as im writing, the time skipped 4h instead of 2

Everything points to bios battery failure. The two batteries you have tried are definitely OK? If so, then I would suspect the Bios battery contacs or circuit as faulty.

So I guess the only thing to do is buy more batteries, see if those work, then if not then that means the Motherboard is borked.
