I’m trying to deploy the "2024-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 (KB5041580)" to our company PCs using Action1 remote software, but all PCs are encountering these errors:
- "Cannot deploy Windows updates due to detected issues. Update installation was skipped. Failed to load update status information. 0x8024402F."
- "Cannot deploy Windows updates due to detected issues. Update installation was skipped. Failed to load update status offline. ERROR_WINHTTP_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED - the proxy server or target server name cannot be resolved. (0x8024402C)."
Could these errors be related to our Meraki firewall blocking the update? Any help would be appreciated!
