Changing the product key in Windows 10 can be done in just a few simple steps. You may need to do this when changing editions or if you have changed license type.
To begin, open up the Settings app from the start menu:
Then, click Update & Security:
Now, choose Activation from the menu and click Change Product Key:
If you are prompted to allow changes via UAC, click Yes:
Finally, enter your new product key and click Next to activate Windows 10:
