Away two months/reservations made/no opportunity to download/still available on my return?

I will be gone for two months. My reservations stated July 19 and Aug 4 but no signals to download. On my return will I still have the downloads available? If not, how do I get them without payment?

Windows Update will automatically download Windows 10 and keep it there until you return to install it.
The free upgrade offer is valid from July 29th 2015 to July 28th 2016. One year period.
Within that one year you have a FREE upgrade. No charge. None.
