SOLVED Can I update to 21H1?

My current winver is 1909 (OS Build 18363.1556).

Dell G7 Intel i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz, 64 bit OS, x-64 based processor

Last successfully Windows Update was in Nov. 2020. I've tried all the tips to get Windows to update but every attempt fails.

I have a little over 29 GB free on my C: drive. I've Windows10Upgrade9252.exe several times to no effect.

And I'm running a clean boot of Windows.

I tried updating via usb drive, but failed with a specific error, 0xc1900101-0x30018. Searching on that error I found the following page, see below, which had the solution I needed. I'm now running winver 21H1 Build 19043-1165. Hope this helps someone in the future.
