Can't get any further! Help!

I just have my name and circling spots going round on my computer but can't get any further. Any ideas? This is ridiculous, what can I do?

Could you let us know about how long you have waited for it to continue to get to the Desktop?

It sounds like Windows is doing something during the startup which is delaying the opening. Are you online when this happens? How long has it been going on? Have you added any software or devices lately?

If you can't get to the desktop, you might try booting into safe mode to see if that works.
