Can't Receive Verification Code on Microsoft Authenticator App for PC Login

I need urgent help logging into my Microsoft Account on my PC. After entering my password, I’m asked to approve the sign-in request using the Microsoft Authenticator app on my phone. However, no code appears on the app.

When I select "I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now" and choose "Use a Verification Code," I’m prompted to enter a code from the app, but none is showing up. What should I do?
