Outlooks 2010 can't receive emails after upgrading to Windows 10. Can anybody tell me how to fix?

Welcome to the forums :).

Do you get any errors when trying to check for e-mails? The first thing I would do is check that all of your account settings are correct - if they are, try backing up your e-mails, remove the accounts and then re-add them.
